Here are some dates and bits of information that are important for all of you to know. If you have any specific questions, please drop in and we’ll see what can be done. You can also go to the Arts and Sciences Dean’s office at 117 Eisenhower Hall and request a graduation check. I suggest that this is done two semesters before you plan to graduate, so you know you are on track.

Graduation Applications
- When: They’re due by the 5th week of classes
You don’t apply, you don’t graduate - Where: Arts and Sciences Dean’s Office, 117 Eisenhower Hall
- What if I’m late?: Don’t be late. Go now.
When is the Concentration Admission Review (C.A.R)?
You apply to your concentration the semester you are enrolled in the final of your core classes; typically this is your 4th semester in the program. ART 298: Concentration Admissions Review is the course we would have had you enroll in the semester you apply.

- Spring – Goes out the day AFTER Valentines Day
Pre-Enrollment Advisor Meeting:
- When: book goes out
- Where: hanging outside 111 Willard Hall
- When can I signup?: Check the heading on the top of each page for guidance, but roughly, I see any BA student of pre-CAR BFA student should sign up according to the guidelines listed in the signup book at 111 Willard.
Enrollment begins:
Early October & Early March – See University Calendar
Line schedules
Line schedules will only appear on-line. Look at courses.ksu.edu for a listing of what is offered next semester. Start looking in the last week of September & the last week of February.
DO NOT USE ISIS TO SEARCH FOR CLASSES, I find it way too confusing! Go to ksu.edu-> Academic -> (semester you are looking for classes in)
